租约代号 现有规范如附表（略）所描述的摩托/蒸汽船＿＿＿
号的船东＿＿（地址：＿＿＿）与租船人北京中国对外贸
易运输总公司于本日相互达成协议如下：
船舶规范 1.船东保证，在交船之日以及在整个租期内，本船
应与附表规范相符，如有不符，租金应予以降低，足以赔
偿租船人由此受到的损失。
船舶状况 2.船东保证，在交船之日以及在整个租期内，本船
应紧密、坚实、牢固，处于良好工作状态，在各方面适于
货运，船壳、机器、设备处于充分有效状态，并按规定人
数配齐合格的船长、船员和水手。
租 期 3.船东供租，租船人承租本船＿＿＿日历月（确切
租期由租船人选择），从本船交付之时起租。
航行范围 4.本船在伦敦保险人学会保证条款的范围内（但不
包括＿＿），航行于本船能经常安全浮起的（但同样大的
船舶照例安全搁底的地点可以不浮起）安全港口、锚地
或地点，进行合法贸易。在船东保险人承保的情况下，租
船人可派船在许可以外的地区进行贸易，也可随意派船
到船东需要支付兵险附加保费的地区进行贸易。不论哪
种情况，船壳、机器附加保费由租船人负担，但该附加保
费不得超过按照伦敦保险人最低费率的最少险别所征
收的保费，其保险条件不得扩大学会按期保险条款（1/
10/1970）的标准格式或学会兵险条款（1/7/1976）的标
准格式，但不包括封锁和围困险。租船人在收到有关凭
证或因租船人需要，收到保单附本时将附加保费付还船
东。如附加保费有回扣，应退还租船人。船壳、机器保额
定为＿＿＿，保费即按此计算。但如保单记载的船壳、机
器保额与上列金额不符，则取较小的金额计算。
如本船航行中国受阻，租船人有解除本租约的选择
权。
除非首先得到租船人的同意，船东不得以任何理由
或任何目的派船停靠中国台湾港口。
禁装货载 本船用来载运合法货物，但不包括＿＿租船人有权
按照政府间海事协商组织的规则或任何主管当局适用
的条例，运输危险品。
交船港 5.本船在＿＿在租船人指定的、本船能经常安全浮
起，随时可供使用的泊位，在办公时间内交给租船人使
用，交船时货舱须打扫干净，适于在装港接收货物。接受
交船并不构成租船人放弃其租约赋予的权利。
交船日期 6.本船不得在＿＿＿之前交付，如本船在＿＿＿17
点之前没有准备就绪并交付，租船人有随时解除本租约
的选择权，但不得迟于本船准备就绪之日。
交船通知 船东给租船人＿＿天预计交船日通知及＿＿天确定
交船日通知。
货舱检验 7.租船人在交、还船港代表双方委任验船师检验
