二、乙方作为甲方的报关代理人，应在甲方的授权范围内进行活动，认真履行职责，维护甲方的合法权益。乙方在代理权限内的任何责任和费用都应由甲方承担。乙方只对因自身的过失与疏忽给甲方造成的直接损失负有责任。
三、甲方需要变更有关报关等事项的，应在报关前提出，并应出具书面的变更通知书。报关后有正当理由需要更改的，甲方应书面委托乙方协助办理。由于变更引起的一切费用和后果由甲方承担。
