各位老师、各位同学，大家好!这里是辽宁中医药大学“我的大学”主题辩论赛初赛第二场比赛的比赛现常
(1)首先，请允许我作一下自我介绍，我是来自于杏林学院的刘济铭，很荣幸能够担任本场辩论赛的主席，来为大家主持这场辩论赛!
(2)下面就让我们一起来认识下本场辩论的双方同学，在我右手边的是正方：来自基础医学院的同学，他们今天的辩题是“大学本科毕业后先工作再考研合理”，在我左手边的是反方：来自经济管理学院的同学，他们今天的辩题是“大学本科毕业后先考研再工作合理”。
(3)接下来我将为大家介绍本场比赛的评委，今天我们很荣幸地请到了：校团委的刘浩老师，校辩论队的王中昊，高晓明，刘晓鑫，王天娇。
(4)我宣布，本场辩论赛开始!首先进行第一阶段：陈词阶段
首先请正方一辩陈述己方观点，时间2分钟;
接下来请反方一辩陈述己方观点，时间2分钟。
(5)下面进行第二阶段：攻辩阶段
那么由我说一下这一阶段的规则：①问方只能问，答方只能答，回答应简洁，提问应明了，每次提问只限一个问题。②对方提出问题时，被问一方必须回答，不得回避，也不得反驳。攻辩时间每人1分3秒，攻辩小结时间为1分钟。
首先请正方二辩盘问反方二、三辩(1分3秒);

首先由我说明下本阶段的规则：①自由辩论发言必须在两队之间交替进行，首先由正方一名队员发言，然后由反方一名队员发言，双方轮流，直到时间用完为止;
②各队耗时累计计算，当一方发言结束，即开始计算另一方用时;
③在总时间内，各队队员的发言次序、次数和用时不限;
④如果一队的时间已经用完，另一队可以轮流发言，直到时间用完为止，也可以放弃发言，放弃发言不影响打分。

2. This round is divided in two. First,one of the student-centre’s members who has not presented will cross-examine two of the 2 remaining teather-centre’s members who have not spoken.And the teather-centre’s can only answer questions,and not ask any.

1. Now we have the second round of cross-examinations.The student-centre will begin. The remaining debater who has not presented till now will cross-examine the two teather-centre’s speakers who were not cross-examined ealier.

1. Both teams’ exciting cross- examinations have treated us to the robust. We now move into the 4th round of free debate.At every competition, this is the most-watched and most exciting round.
2. There is no limit to the number of times debaters can speak,nor the order in which they speake.Let’s invite the student-centre to start.
1. This round is quite exciting,but our debaters cannot relax.The conclusion round is also important.
2. In this round ,the speaker has to be one of those who did the cross-examination ealier. This time we’ll start with the teather –centre.

一、活动目的
身心正在发育的我们，成长中面临着诸多困惑，比任何时候都渴望真诚的友谊。当今社会，网络几乎渗透到社会的各个角落。网络是把双刃剑。如何面对网络的诱惑?中学生网络交友，好还是不好?介于以上共性问题，初二(4)班利用班队会时间组织开展了“中学生网络交友，好还是不好”辩论赛，意在通过辩论，帮助大家澄清是非，学会正确选择良友健康成长。
二、准备工作
1、黑板布置：初二(4)辩论赛：中学生网上交友，好?不好?
正方：中学生网上交友利大于弊
反方：中学生网上交友弊大于利
2、组队：正方、反方 双方辩论手各4名，各方确定1、2、3、4号辨论手，整理好主要的观点
3、成立评判团小组：由班长组织班委或由各小组推荐四名同学，商定评分细则(提供参考方案)，
最后要评出胜出方和最佳辩手和最佳风度奖、最佳观众奖
4、准备小奖品十份到十二份 (胜出方每人一份，最佳辩手一份，最佳风度奖一份，最佳观众奖一至二份)：请班长落实，如铅笔、橡皮之类
5、计时员两名：到规定时间，请吹哨或摇铃或提醒“时间到!”
